We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Trainee Painter and Decorator.
Working as a professional decorator can be a very rewarding career for those who enjoy creative work and have an eye for detail. We typically work on a project-by-project basis, meaning that you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects and meet a variety of different clients. Over time you may work as part of a team or independently, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
You don't need any experience as we'll provide you with all the training you need.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to be creative and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with preparation work, such as filling, sanding, and masking

Learning how and where to use the correct paint materials for specific tasks

Using various decorating equipment and tools to produce outstanding results

Collaborating closely with an experienced decorator to complete projects to a high standard and within deadlines.

Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients
